When you order you'll receive two frozen USDA Choice 6 oz Beef Tenderloin steaks, individually vacuum packed, and placed in a sturdy, white box.

Our steaks should always be thawed in the refrigerator and never left on the counter at room temperature. They can be stored in the refrigerator for three to five days or kept frozen for up to six months.
Steaks can be prepared in many ways such as grilling, broiling and sautéing. A classic preparation is to rub the steaks with herbs and spices and place them on the grill for approximately seven minutes per side. If you have a meat thermometer, the internal temperature in the center should be 145°F.
