When you order you'll receive an 8 oz or 1 lb tub of fresh, chopped Maine Lobster Meat, 2 or 4 fresh rolls, 1 oz of chopped celery, and mayonnaise

Your Maine Lobster Roll Kit comes with everything you need to make this New England Classic. Just cut up the lobster meat and mix with mayonnaise and chopped celery provided. Slice top of rolls and fill with the lobster mixture. If desired you can toast the rolls as follows - lightly butter both sides of the roll, then broil for 1 minute on each side until golden brown.

The lobster meat can be kept in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.
