When you order you will receive a boxed 20 oz pouch of frozen Lobster Chowder

Your Lobster Chowder will arrive frozen and can be kept in the freezer for up to five months. Once thawed it can be refrigerated for up to ten days. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Your bisque should be thawed before cooking. To thaw, place in the refrigerator at least one day prior to cooking. For quicker thawing, place boil-in bag pouch in the microwave and heat at 50% power for 4 to 5 minutes. Then follow the instuctions on the label to boil in the bag on the stovetop or continue cooking in the microwave.
