When you order you'll receive a 2 lb. tub of large, fresh, shucked and cleaned, premium quality Sea Scallops , 1 lb of garlic butter bread crumbs, and 4 reusable canape shells.

Fresh sea scallops can be stored in your refrigerator safely for up to three days and can be kept frozen for up to four months.

To prepare your Baked Scallops, rinse the scallops, place scallops in Canape shells on a baking sheet, top with garlic butter crumbs, and bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 15-25 minutes.
