What's Included
When you order, you'll receive a mesh sifter, a jar of tartar sauce, our own corn flour frying blend, and either 2 lbs of Shucked Clams or 2.5 lbs of frozen Calamari.
Preparation & Handling
Follow the frying instructions that you receive with your package.

Fresh shucked clams can be stored in your refrigerator safely for up to three days and can be frozen for up to four months.

Frozen calamari are cleaned prior to packaging and are ready to be cooked upon thawing. To thaw they can be stored in the refrigerator the day before cooking or they can be placed under cold running water for about half an hour per pound. They can also be kept in the freezer for up to four months. Once thawed they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
