Ordering Is Easy

- Fill out our Corporate Gift Order Form and fax to 978-231-8250 or call our Customer Care line at 866-WOW-CLAW (969-2529) and we will take the information from you.
- Please be sure that the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card company.
- We ask for 48 hours notice prior to your requested shipping date in order to handle your order as smoothly and effectively as possible. Please be aware that occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control, products may become unavailable after you place your order. We will contact you to discuss a replacement should this happen.
- We will compile your request and contact you BEFORE we process the order into our system to verify all the details of the order including the total amounts to be charged to your credit card.
- The volume discount will be subtracted from the subtotal (shipping does not qualify for the discount).
- You will receive email confirmations for each shipping destination when the orders are actually placed and when they are shipped.
- All orders are shipped via Fedex Express shipping service - Overnight for any fresh products or live lobster items and 2-day for frozen or non perishable items.
