I just placed my order. How do I know it was received?

Your order will be confirmed by email upon receipt. You will also receive notification when your order is shipped, including order-tracking information for your convenience.

When will I get my order?
|
|
Orders received before 7:00 pm EST, Sunday through Thursday, will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight service the following business day. So, for example, if you place your order on Tuesday before 7:00 pm EST, you will receive your order on Thursday of the same week by 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 7:00 pm EST will be shipped a day later.

What if I’m not home to receive my order?

Your order is packaged to stay cold under normal environmental conditions until approximately 7:00 pm on the day of delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages left outdoors for extended periods. If you are sending a gift to someone, please notify them of when to expect the delivery. Upon receipt we recommend that you unpack the shipper contents as soon as possible and store the seafood in the refrigerator and/or freezer, as appropriate, to maintain optimum freshness. The shipping containers are not suitable for storing your product after receipt.

All products are shipped in specially constructed containers via FedEx Standard Overnight service.

How will my order stay cold?
|
|
All products are packaged in specially constructed containers – Styrofoam-lined boxes with sufficient amount of dry ice, gel ice, or a combination – to ensure that your order arrives in prime condition. Upon receipt we recommend that you unpack the shipper contents as soon as possible and store the seafood in the refrigerator and/or freezer, as appropriate, to maintain optimum freshness. The shipping containers are not suitable for storing your product after receipt.

What if my package sat out for an extended period?

Can my order be delivered on the weekend?

Saturday deliveries are available for an extra charge; unfortunately, Sunday deliveries are not possible.

What should do I do if my package was open?

Can I send to a P.O. box?
|
|
We cannot ship to a P.O. box. You can create a billing address with a P.O. box, but you will need to specify a different shipping address during the checkout process.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

At this time, we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship international orders.

Do the products include shipping charges?
|
Shipping is included on all orders over $300, otherwise our product prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping is calculated as follows and includes the specially constructed shipping container and all the dry ice and/or ice packs needed to keep your seafood cold:
Up to $55 = $19.99
$56-$150 = $29.99
$151-$299 = $39.99
Over $300 = Free Shipping
Saturday delivery is an additional $15.00.

What about shipping gift orders?
