Ingredients:
½ lb Crabmeat
1 pkg pastry shells
2 eggs
½ cup half and half
2 Tbsp scallions, chopped
1 tsp grated lime peel
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ salt
1/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Add half and half, scallions, lime peel, ginger and salt. Blend well.
3. Stir in crabmeat and cheese.
4. Fill pastry shell 3/4 full with mixture.
5. Bake for 25-30 mintues or until filling is set.
Notes:
Serve warm or cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
