Ingredients:
16 oz Gorton's Smoked Scottish Salmon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp fresh dill, minced
¼ tsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
baby leaf spinach
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, olive oil,
dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Spread cheese mixture evenly over salmon leaving ¼ edging around salmon.
3. Cover cheese spread with spinach.
4. Roll salmon (longest edge). Leave seam on bottom.
5. Cut into ½" spirals. Secure with toothpicks
