Ingredients:
2 lbs Snow Crab Claws, thawed (cooked lobster meat can also be used)
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic salt
pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. Blend well.
2. Serve as a dipping sauce for any cooked shellfish meat.
