Ingredients:
1 lb Gorton's Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chili sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp scallions, chopped
1 dash hot sauce, (add more if desired)
salt and pepper
Boston lettuce
1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, scallions, and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Gently fold lump crabmeat into mixture. Chill.
3. Divide lettuce onto 4 plates. Top lettuce with tomato slices. Top tomato with ¼ of the lump crabmeat mixture.
4. Sprinkle chopped egg over crabmeat and serve.
