Ingredients:
3 1/2 pounds Red King Crab Legs
5 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Lemon or Lime wedges
Directions:
1. Remove crabmeat from shells.
2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic about 1 minute.
3. Add wine, salt, cayenne and parsley. Raise heat to high and reduce by half, about 1 minute.
4. Reduce heat to medium and add crabmeat.
5. Cook 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally until heated through.
6. Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
Notes:
3 1/2 pounds King Crab Legs yields about 1 1/2 pounds of Crabmeat
