Ingredients:
1/2 lb Haddock
1/2 lb Crabmeat, cooked
1/2 lb Uncooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup butter, (1 stick)
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups dry breadcrumbs
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Sauté celery, onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
2. Add haddock, breaking apart while sautéing for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat. Fold in breadcrumbs, croutons, crabmeat and cayenne pepper.
5. Place in greased casserole and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
