Ingredients:
½ lb Gorton's Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
6 Beefsteak Tomatoes
¼ cup fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp capers, drained
¼ cup olives, drained and chopped
Directions:
1. Cut a thin slice off top of tomatoes. Scoop out pulp and seeds. Set hollowed tomatoes aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except Lump crabmeat. Blend well.
3. Gently fold in Lump Crabmeat.
4. Fill tomatoes with Lump Crabmeat mixture.
5. Heat in 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.

Warm Lump Crabmeat in microwave.
Cut tomatoes into fan shape and add mixture between slices.
Cut tomatoes into wedges without cutting the tomato all the way through the bottom. Stuff with mixture.
Serve on bed of lettuce and add your favorite salad dressing.
