Ingredients:
½ lb Crabmeat
1 cup zucchini, grated
2 eggs, beaten
¼ onion, diced
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil.
2. Shape mixture into patties.
3. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add patties and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
