Ingredients:
Gorton's Rock LobsterTails
½ cup butter
2 Tbsp shallots, chopped
¼ cup dry white wine
¼ cup orange juice
juice from 1 lemon
2 Tbsp scallions, chopped
¼ cup whipping cream.
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add shallots. Cook until tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until reduced by half.
3. Serve over cooked Grilled Rock Lobster Tails.
