Ingredients:
1/2 pound native Shrimp OR Lobster OR Crab, cooked, cut-up
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp onion juice
2 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 tsp red horseradish (if desired)
Directions:
1. Blend together the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
2. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, onion juice, tomatoes, seafood, and horseradish.
3. Refrigerate.
4. Serve with crackers or chips
Notes:
Crabmeat or lobster may be substituted for shrimp
