Ingredients:
1 18 oz Cod Fillet
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place fillet in a 13x9 inch greased baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
3. Drizzle butter on top of crumbs.
4. Sprinkle with parsley.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
