Ingredients:
4 striped bass fillets
2 cups dry white wine
1 tbsp butter
_ cup chopped mushrooms
1tbsp fresh chopped parsley
_ cup shallots
1tbsp chives
1 cup tomatoes, chopped and peeled
1 cup cream sauce
2 egg yolks
1 lemon
Directions:
Place fillets in baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and butter and broil for 15 minutes. Set aside fillets and pour remaining cooking liquid into a sauce pan. Reduce liquid slightly and add chopped tomatoes, cream sauce, parsley, chives and egg yolks. Cook until thick and creamy.
Pour over fillets and serve.
