Ingredients:
1 lb Gorton's Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
2-3 Fish Fillets*, cooked
1 stick butter
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet.
2. Gently fold in Lump Crabmeat.
3. Add juice from lemon and orange. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in parsley and pepper.
5. Evenly top cooked fish fillets with mixture.
