Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Crabmeat
2 Tbsp Marsala wine
1 cup light cream
2 Tbsp fresh parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp Clam juice
2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
4 puffed pastry shells
Directions:
1. In a saucepan combine crabmeat, marsala wine, cream, parmesan cheese, clam juice and chives.
2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Spoon mixture over each pastry and bake in the oven at 350ºF for 5 minutes.
