Ingredients:
11.3 oz tub Lobster meat, chopped
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp horseradish
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup chili sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup ripe olive, chopped or jalapeno slices.
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, horseradish, Worchestershire Sauce, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
2. Spread mixture evenly in a shallow glass pie plate or quiche dish.
3. Spread chili sauce over mixture.
4. Sprinkle onion over chili sauce.
5. Evenly distribute lobster meat over onion.
6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over lobster meat.
7. Place olives or jalapenos on cheese.
8. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with chips or crackers.
