Ingredients:
1 lb Gorton's Lobster Meat, or Gorton's Crab Meat, (discard juice if any)
1 egg
1 Tbsp sour cream
1 Tbsp chives, chopped
1 Tbsp shallot, diced
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp seasoned breadcrumbs
3-4 Portabello mushroom caps, stems removed
olive oil
crushed crackers
Aioli sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except mushroom caps and oil. Blend well.
2. Brush inside mushroom caps with oil. Fill inside caps with mixture.
3. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with crushed crackers.
Serve with Aioli sauce.
