Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients:
2 Split Rock Lobsters (4 halves), thawed
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp onion, diced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
? cup clam juice
? cup beer
? cup white wine
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet. Saute the onion and garlic until tender. Add the clam juice, beer and wine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add the chili powder and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour equal amounts over each Split Rock Lobster half.
