Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients:
2 Split Rock Lobsters (4 halves), thawed
1 cup white wine
¼ cup shallots, minced
½ cup heavy cream
1 bunch parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, simmer wine and shallots until the shallots are tender.
2. Add the cream and simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Add the parsley and butter. Simmer until the butter has melted and the sauce has thickened.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Evenly spoon sauce over each Split Rock Lobster half. Serve at once.
