Ingredients:
2 lbs Snow Crab or Jonah Crab Claws, thawed (cooked lobster meat can also be used)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
black pepper
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, ketchup, soy sauce, celery, garlic and pepper. Blend well.
2. Serve as a dipping sauce for any cooked shellfish meat.
