Trained at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, Chef's Bill's experience ranges from the kitchens of the Ritz Carlton in Boston, to catering, to serving as a personal chef for discerning customers on Boston's North Shore. And most recently, he launched his own cable TV cooking show.
Chef Bill has created a number of special and unique recipes for Gorton's Fresh Seafood.
