Ingredients:
1 lb large Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined, tail-on
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp ginger
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Cut shrimp down the back to butterfly.
2. In medium bowl combine soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oil and ginger.
3. Place shrimp in the marinade and marinate covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Place shrimp on grill over medium heat and grill about 2 –3 minute on each side, brushing frequently with the marinade.
5. Shrimp are done when they are pink and curled.
