Recipe Type: Low Fat
Ingredients:
2 10 oz Halibut Fillets
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup grapefruit juice
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp canola oil
Directions:
1. Place the orange and grapefruit juices in a pan and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer until reduced by half, about 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile coat the halibut in the oyster sauce.
4. In a skillet over medium-high heat add the sesame and canola oil and sauté the fish until cooked through.
5. Spoon sauce over fish and serve hot.
