Ingredients:
1 lb Gorton's Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
2-3 Fish Fillets*, cooked
3 Tbsp olive oil
¼ lb Prosciutto, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add Lump Crabmeat and Prosciutto, gently stirring until heated through.
2. Evenly top cooked fish with crabmeat mixture.
