Ingredients:
2 lbs Mussels
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup fresh parsley, packed
¾ cup dry wine, or dark beer
3 Tbsp butter
pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. In large ovenproof pan, combine all ingredients.
3. Roast uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking
