Ingredients:
2 10 oz Salmon Fillets
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine wine, vinegar, sugar and pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until slightly thickened and syrupy, 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Heat grill to medium high. Brush vinegar and wine mixture on top and sides of fillets.
3. Place fillets glazed side down on oiled grill.
4. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, brushing with more glaze before turning.
5. Serve with stir fried snow peas and roasted potatoes.
