Ingredients:
Yellowtail Fillets
Olive Oil
Fresh herbs of choice, chopped

Directions:
1. Oil the grill and adjust heat to medium high.
2. Brush fillets with olive oil and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until done.
3. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and serve.
