Ingredients:
2 10 oz. Swordfish Steaks
cooking spray
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Sauce:
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 Tbsp dill sprigs, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Heat grill, or broiler.
2. Spray both sides of Swordfish steaks with cooking spray. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
3. Grill steaks, 6-8 minutes each side.
4. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Serve with Swordfish steaks.
