Ingredients:
2 Hybrid Striped Bass Fillets
Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3/4 cup uncooked Long Grain Rice
1-1/2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Place Bass in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and bake for 25 minutes.
3. While fish is cooking, melt butter in a medium saucepan and cook onion, peppers and garlic until tender.
4. Stir in rice, bouillon granules and 1-1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer covered about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
5. Serve with fish and garnish with lemon.
