Savory Baked Stuffed Halibut

Ingredients:
2 10 oz Halibut Fillets
2 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fine breadcrumb
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
¼ tsp paprika
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup butter, melted

Directions:
1. Blend soup mix and sour cream in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. In medium bowl, mix breadcrumb, cheese, paprika and parsley.
3. Dip fish in soup and sour cream mix.
4. Roll fillets in the breadcrumb mixture. (Completely coating fillets).
5. Place fillets on greased shallow baking pan. Pour melted butter over fillets.
6. Bake at 450°F for 10-12 minutes.
