Ingredients:
2 cups cooked Crab Meat
1 cup cooked Shrimp
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
½ cup black olives, chopped
¼ cup water chestnuts, sliced
1 ½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup sweet onion, minced
½ cup celery, minced
½ cup carrots, grated
2 ½ cups mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 head Romaine lettuce
Directions:
Toss all ingredients except Romaine lettuce. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce.
