Ingredients:
2 lb Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
4 Tbsp Bourbon
2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp chili powder
12 Prosciutto slices, very thin
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat grill (or broiler) to medium heat.
2. Combine Bourbon, Teriyaki sauce, syrup, mustard and chili powder in a bowl. Stir with a whisk.
3. Peel shrimp leaving tails on.
4. Add shrimp to mixture, tossing to coat.
5. Remove shrimp from bowl and throw away marinade.
6. Cut each Prosciutto slice into 4 strips - lengthwise.
7. Wrap 1 strip around each shrimp.
8. Thread 4-6 shrimp onto each skewer. Place on grill (or broiler pan).
9. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
