Ingredients:
18 oz Cod Fillet
6 mushrooms, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp shallots, chopped
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp white wine
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
lemon slices
cucumber balls
tomato wedges
Directions:
1. Arrange cod fillet in 13x9 inch buttered baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with chopped mushrooms, parsley, shallots, salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle with white wine.
4. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes; remove fillet to serving platter.
5. In a small saucepan, add remaining liquid from baking dish with flour and milk.
6. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
7. Pour sauce over fish in serving platter.
8. Garnish with lemon slices, cucumber balls, and tomato wedges.
