Ingredients:
4 Tilapia fillets
½ cup white wine
2 garlic cloves, diced
4 small red onions, sliced
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Arrange Tilapia fillets in lightly greased baking dish.
2. Pour the wine evenly over the fillets.
3. Sprinkle the garlic, onions and herbs over fillets.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle butter over fillets.
5. Bake at for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
