Ingredients:
1 lb Gorton's Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
2-3 Fish fillets*, cooked
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup shredded sweet potato
2 Tbsp shallot, minced
1 Tbsp barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the sweet potato and shallot. Sauté 2-3 minutes until potato is tender.
2. Blend in barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the Lump Crabmeat. Gently stir until heated through.
4. Evenly top cooked fish with Crabmeat mixture.
*Gorton's Arctic Char, Gorton's Chilean Sea Bass, Gorton's Haddock, Gorton's Halibut Fillets, Gorton's Atlantic Salmon, Gorton's Swordfish and Gorton's Tilapia!
Notes:
Can be used as a topping for Gorton's Filet Mignon
It can also be used as an appetizer! Serve on crackers or toast.
