Ingredients:
2 8oz Rainbow Trout Fillets
Crust:
2 oz smoked salmon, minced
1/2 cup rye bread, finely chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp dill weed, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
black pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients together until well blended.
2. Apply half of the crust mixture to flesh side of each trout fillet and broil until trout turns opaque or crust turns golden brown (6-8 minutes).
