Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) Rainbow Trout Fillet
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp shallot, finely chopped
1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil and shallots until bubbly.
2. Saute trout fillet, flesh-side down on shallot for 4 minutes; turn and cook 1 minute longer.
3. Transfer to a warm serving plate.
