When you order you'll receive 8 to 12 Jumbo frozen Sea Scallops wrapped in bacon.

You should thaw your Bacon Wrapped Scallops before cooking. Preheat oven to 375 º degrees. Place scallops on baking sheet in oven safe dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes. To microwave, place scallops in a microwave safe dish. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes.

Frozen scallops can be kept in your freezer for up to four months or stored for up to three days in the refrigerator after they are thawed. To thaw, remove the scallops from the vacuum package and store in the refrigerator a day ahead. Do not refreeze.
