Keep your Crabcakes frozen until ready to cook. Defrost prior to cooking in your refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, dot crabcakes with butter, and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. To fry, heat deep fryer to 350 degrees and fry until golden brown. To Pan fry: Heat over medium heat 3 minutes per side.
