Ingredients:
3 lbs Crabmeat
1-1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
6 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
3 cups mayonnaise
3 eggs
3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup red peppers, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
3 Tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp Capers
1/2 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
4-1/2 cups oyster crackers, crushed
Directions:
1. Mix mustard, cayenne pepper, Old Bay Seasoning, mayonnaise, eggs and Worcestershire Sauce.
2. Add peppers, celery, garlic, capers and parsley mixing well.
3. Gently fold in crabmeat and crushed crackers.
4. Set in refrigerator for one hour.
5. Form into patties.
6. Place patties on greased cooking sheet. Arrange so not touching.
7. Bake in pre-heated 375ºF for 18-20 minutes - turning patties over after 10 minutes.
