When you order you'll receive a frozen 1 lb Maine Lobster Pie in a 7 inch tin.

Your lobster pie can be stored in the freezer for up to four months or up to three days in the refrigerator after they are thawed. Do not refreeze.

Defrost before cooking. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, remove plastic lid, cover in aluminum foil, and bake thawed pie for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
